| IL15RA 基因位于染色體 10p15.1，編碼白細胞介素 15 受體α鏈（CD215），屬于 I 型 細胞因子受體家族。其結(jié)構(gòu)包含 173 個氨基酸胞外區(qū)（含 Sushi 結(jié)構(gòu)域）、21 個氨基酸跨 膜區(qū)和 37 個氨基酸胞漿區(qū)，能高親和力結(jié)合 IL-15，形成異源三聚體受體復合物（與 IL- 2Rβ、γc 亞基結(jié)合），激活 JAK/STAT、PI3K/AKT、MAPK 等信號通路，促進 T 細胞、NK 細胞增殖及存活，維持記憶性 CD8+ T 細胞穩(wěn)態(tài)。 功能方面，IL15RA 參與調(diào)節(jié)記憶性 CD8+ T 細胞和 NK 細胞的穩(wěn)態(tài)，增強抗腫瘤免疫 應答，同時在肌肉耐力中起作用，敲除該基因的小鼠表現(xiàn)出更強的運動耐力。此外， IL15RA 的異常表達與自身免疫?。ㄈ珙愶L濕關(guān)節(jié)炎）、癌癥及感染性疾病相關(guān)，如 HIV 和 HTLV-1 感染。 | |
